If one of your items is damaged, please contact us at support@chefclub.tv and send us the following photos : a photo of the item, the received package, and the label affixed to it. We will review your request and find a solution as quickly as possible!

Once your order is confirmed, the information is immediately transmitted to our logistics provider so that your order can be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can no longer modify its contents or the information provided when you placed your order.

To avoid potential return shipping costs, you can either refuse the package upon delivery to your home or not collect it from the pickup point. The package will then be automatically returned to us. The refund process will only begin once the package has been returned to our warehouse; however, it is advisable to contact us beforehand.

Delivery

You can now track your order delivery from our website!

To track your order, go to our online store 's homepage and click on the "truck" icon. You will need your email address and the destination postal code.

We invite you to wait one more day and check with your neighbors or your concierge to see if a third party has received the package for you!

If this has not allowed you to find your parcel, it is possible that it has been dropped off at a relay point ; for this, do not hesitate to contact the carrier and get back to us if their response is not satisfactory.

We deliver our products to mainland France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Monaco.

Our estimated delivery time is 3 business days for mainland France . Your package is shipped within 24 hours of placing your order.

For deliveries to countries within the European Union , estimated delivery times are between 4 and 5 business days . For deliveries to Switzerland , estimated delivery times are 5 business days .

All orders can be delivered to your home or to a collection point of your choice.

Delivery to a collection point:

  • For all orders over €40.00: delivery fee of €0.01 .
  • For all orders under €40.00: delivery fee of €3.00 .

Home delivery:

  • For any order over €60.00 , and destined for mainland France: delivery charges of €0.01 .
  • For any order less than €60.00 , and destined for mainland France: delivery costs are calculated based on the order amount, starting from €5.90 .
  • For international orders , delivery costs are calculated based on the order amount, starting from €6.90 .

Home delivery:

For shipments to mainland France , our parcels are entrusted to Colissimo, DPD or Colis Privé .

We deliver directly to your home; however, if you are not present when the delivery is attempted, the package will be left at a collection point by our carrier. The address of the collection point will be communicated to you by email or text message.

Delivery to a collection point:
We also deliver to collection points via the Mondial Relay network; the choice of collection point is made before payment.

Once you reach the payment stage, you have the option to select “Use a different billing address” and enter your billing details. Please note that once your order is confirmed, the billing address cannot be changed.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns are possible up to 14 days after receiving your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and must comply with the following conditions:

1- Ensure that the products are in perfect condition for resale (always packaged).

2- Ensure they are carefully packaged for transport. You can reuse the original packaging.

3- Send us your return to the following address, indicating your order number and the reason for your return:

It's important to be able to track the progress and delivery of your return; we recommend using a tracking system in case of a dispute. Once the products are received and verified by our team, we will process the refund.

Exchanges are not currently possible.

Once we receive the returned products, we will process the refund. The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days , depending on the bank.

Payment

You can order by paying with a credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), via your PayPal account, Bancontact , using the 3-installment payment option , or deferred payment with Alma . We do not accept payments by check or bank transfer.

We accept payments by Glady gift voucher (Wedoogift). The code provided is non-refundable, cannot be combined with other offers, and can be used as a discount voucher when checking out.

You can add your Glady (Wedoogift) code when validating your shopping cart, in the "Promo Code" field. Please note that free delivery cannot be combined with the use of your gift certificate. If your order total is less than €20, after deducting the value of your gift certificate, you will be responsible for the delivery charges.

You can now pay for your order in 3 installments with the Alma payment option. The amount will be debited in 3 monthly installments via the payment method you selected when checking out (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). You have the option to pay for your order 15 days after placing it, thanks to Alma's Pay Later option. One euro is deducted upon checkout, and the remaining amount is deducted 15 days later via the payment method you selected at checkout (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). For any difficulties or questions regarding your payment, please refer to Alma's dedicated FAQ .

Due to inflation and a general price increase in 2024, some of our products (books, gift sets, mugs) have seen price increases in recent months. Customers may receive previously published items still bearing the old price.

Gifts

Yes, simply enter the recipient's details in the delivery information before paying for your order. Currently, we don't yet have the option to include a card or suitable gift wrapping. That's still up to Santa Claus to figure out!

Chefclub cups

Chefclub measuring cups are made from non-toxic silicone and polypropylene plastic. They are freezer and microwave safe for up to 30 seconds. Please note: our little characters must be kept away from the oven!

The cups are dishwasher safe, but we recommend avoiding repeated washing, as the characters may become damaged over time.

Chefclub Kids utensils

The mini utensils are designed to withstand high temperatures!

The silicone heads of the mini-utensils are removable and dishwasher-safe. However, we recommend hand-washing the bamboo handles.

They are made without BPA or any other toxic plastics.

Chefclub cooking utensils

The XXL and Mini-Madeleine molds are made of silicone with a steel frame. They are oven and microwave safe, refrigerator and freezer safe. For cleaning, the molds are dishwasher safe!

The baking mat is made of fiberglass and silicone. It can be cleaned with a sponge or placed in the dishwasher. Please note, we advise against cutting your creations directly on the mat as this may scratch it!

Chefclub Kids Home Linen

The apron is made of 100% cotton. We recommend machine washing at 30°C. Ironing is possible at a medium temperature. Do not tumble dry, do not bleach, and do not dry clean.

The baking mat

The baking mat is made of fiberglass, which distributes heat evenly, and silicone, which prevents food from sticking to the surface. The mat is very easy to clean; it's dishwasher safe.

The rolling pin

The roller is made from Hevea wood, a durable and comfortable wood that does not tolerate prolonged contact with moisture. Like other wooden utensils in your kitchen, we recommend hand washing and immediate drying to prevent the roller from warping.

The silicone rings are guaranteed BPA-free or free of other toxic plastics and are dishwasher safe.

The Chefclub Kids knife

The Chefclub Kids knife is made from stainless steel and durable, BPA-free plastic. For long-lasting blade quality, we recommend hand washing.

Like any other knife, the blade can be sharpened according to your preferred use. It's worth noting that the sharpness level of the Chefclub Kids knife has been carefully designed for the safety of young chefs.
